Q. How often should I use the wax?
A. To start with we recommend a weekly treatment, this helps to keep the surface of the wood sealed against bacteria as well as preventing cracking or splitting at the seams. After two months a monthly re-seasoning should be adequate.
Q. How long can I leave the wax on when re-seasoning?
A. For the first few re-seasonings we recommend leaving the wax on for as long as possible, even overnight if you can. Future re-seasonings will only take 10 minutes to condition the wood before you can buff up the surface wax to a deep shine and brilliant finish.
