A. Items of natural wood that are used in your kitchen need routine maintenance; if they are not taken care of they will dry out and begin to crack, ruining the finish and meaning expensive repair work.
Q. How much do I need to use?
A. The amount you need to use will depend on the size of the wooden item you wish to care for. For a standard size chopping board we would recommend about the size of the end of your finger spread thinly and evenly over the whole surface of the wood.
